The project required a material that could:

• Ensure visual privacy while maintaining soft, natural illumination
• Maintain an aesthetic architectural appearance

Solution

Light Diffusion PC Corrugated Sheets were recommended because they create a milky-white matte finish when diffusion agents are added to transparent sheets. This finish provides:

• Partial opacity for privacy
• Soft visual effects
• A modern architectural appearance

Three corrugated styles were available in stock:

• Angular corrugated sheets (standard five-wave design)
• Round-wave corrugated sheets (small and medium round profiles)

To meet aesthetic goals, the project selected round-wave sheets, which also allowed easier bending at wall corners due to their thinner structure.

Results

• The client initially ordered a small batch for testing
• After confirming the effectiveness, a larger order followed
• Structural reinforcement was later added due to the thinner sheet design
