Warranty of Corrugated UV PC Products

Lyon Plastic Co., Ltd. provides 10 years' quality warranty specified below for LIHYANG angular corrugated and circular corrugated UV PC sheets as of the date of delivery/shipment:

  1. Yellowing of sheets' surface: In accordance with the standard test of ASTM D1925, yellowing index should remain or below 3 within 3 years, and remain or below 10 within 10 years.
  2. Processed via the most advanced co-extrusion UV layer accumulation technology, 12% high temperature type Benzotriazole(UV-ray absorbing agent) in thickness of 0.04mm are evenly coated on the sheets' surface.
  3. Ultraviolet ray penetrability in wave length 300nm should be less than 2.4%.
  4. Based on the standard test of ASTM D1003, our UV PC products should have 90% of the original percentage of light transmittance.

Should our UV PC products could not reach the warranty scope specified above under the condition that storing, installation, handling and cleaning of the sheets, manuals of which are provided by us, are complied, customers may bring warranty, invoice, or original receipt as well as the defective products for replacement of new sheets.

Note:

  1. The warranty specified above do not apply to scratches, abrasion, and any damage caused from contacts with incomplete and complete incompatible materials.
  2. The warranty specified above do not apply to application in any environment that may damage the principle materials of the sheets - polycarbonate resins - as well as contacts with cements.
  3. The warranty specified above do not apply to losses or expenditure resulting from improper installation or cleaning.
  4. The warranty specified above apply to LIHYANG PC sheets as the only new sheets for replacement. Except for installation expense, any other expenses are not included in the warranty scope.
  5. Accompanied with the products is this Quality Warranty.
  6. While in installation, the sheets' surface treated with UV-coating should face the sun.
  7. General Grade(Non UV-coating) of our corrugated PC sheets are excluded from the warranty.
